Grapefruit juice. No idea if it actually helps, but it tastes good anyways. I think I've seen a few articles about it increasing the absorption of dbol.

It doesn't increase the absorption, but keeps the compound from being broken down in the small intestine leading to increased blood levels.

    Here is some info:

    GRAPEFRUIT JUICE DRUG INTERACTIONS
This food-drug interaction was actually discovered by accident. A study that was intending to test the interaction of alcohol and a blood pressure medication, used a mixture of alcohol with grapefruit juice to disguise the taste of alcohol for the study. Ironically, alcohol had no effect on the tested medication, but the grapefruit juice seemed to enhance the absorption of the drug. (4)

The researchers then confirmed the finding by comparing drug levels when taken with either grapefruit juice or water and found five-fold higher blood levels of the drug when it was taken with juice. Orange juice did not show this effect.

Grapefruit juice inhibits a special enzyme (CYP3A4) in the intestines that is responsible for the natural breakdown and absorption of many medications. When the action of this enzyme is blocked, the blood levels of these medications increase, which can lead potentially toxic side effects from the medications.

Research has suggested that flavonoids and/or furanocoumarin present in Grapefruit are the substances that act to block the enzyme in the intestines that normally metabolizes many drugs.

Some medications that interact with grapefruit juice: (5)

    Statins (Cholesterol Lowering Drugs)
    Antihistamines: Terfenadine
Calcium Channel Blockers (Blood Pressure Drugs)
    Anti-convulsant: Tegretol (Carbamazepine)
    Anxiolytics: Valium (Diazepam)
    Anti-depressant: Clomipramine
    Cortico-steroids: Methylprednisolone
    Oestrogens: Ethinyl estradiol
    Anabolic Steroids: Dianabol
    Impotence Drug: Viagra
    Benzodiazepines: Xanax, Valium

Although some drugs are given with others to enhance their effects, grapefruit juice should not be used for this purpose because its impact can be unpredictable and potentially dangerous.

The above list is by no means exhaustive. Please consult with your doctor or pharmacist regarding possible interactions between grapefruit juice and medications you may currently be taking if you consume grapefruit/ juice regularly.

From a medical perspective where they look at things in a certain way I can see it seeming dangerous to them but from our perspective where we're trying to get the most out of our product I don't really see it being a danger with steroids as long as you have liver protection. Although if someone were prescribed xanax or a medication of that nature I can see it being unsafe to drink grapefruit juice.

Just enough to disguise the taste was enough to inhibit the enzyme so I dont think it'll take much. Maybe just a cup will do to.

I did it for awhile but stopped. Trying to control my estrogen levels as best as possible and grapefruit juice adds another factor in that has to be accounted for. I would think taking a small amount like 4oz with your orals everyday is ok, just don't want to drink to much of the stuff.

in 2006, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had mandated that all hormone products for postmenopausal women be labeled to include a warning that grapefruit juice might increase blood levels of estrogen.

There is concern about the safety of drinking excessive amounts of grapefruit juice. Some research suggests that postmenopausal women who consume a quart or more of grapefruit juice every day have a 25% to 30% increased chance of developing breast cancer. Grapefruit juice decreases how estrogen is broken down in the body and might increase estrogen levels in the body. More research is needed to verify these findings. Until more is known, avoid consuming excessive amounts of grapefruit juice.

Grapefruit juice inhibits your cytochrome P450 3A4 enzyme, which metabolizes all the steroids in the body (pretty sure). So it would seem that you could increase your blood levels of an oral, but also run the risk of slightly increasing estrogen. I wouldn't drink a quart per day though! haha

I wonder how much of an effect that could have on an injectable-only cycle? After getting into the bloodstream and working on its receptor, testosterone has to make its way to the liver for metabolism and excretion. Correct me if I'm wrong

I did further research and found one glass of grapefruit juice could elicit the maximum blocking effect, and the effect may persist for longer than 24 hours. Since the effects can last for such a prolonged period of time, grapefruit juice does not have to be taken at the same time as the medication in order for the interaction to occur.

Yes, with Winstrol too, primarily if drinking the injectable depot. It only took a little (half a shot?) of GF juice to disuise the heinous flavor of Winny. I have since switched to injecting it (the Winstrol Not the GF).
