    anavar

im 1 week into my 8 week test prop cycle and about to start GP anavar 70mg ED for the next 6 weeks. i have a couple questions.

    1. should i take it on an empty stomach or after/during meals?

    2. what's the best OTC liver support product i can get? i heard milk thistle actually reduces the effectiveness of orals. any truth to this?

If u take anavar in the morning and milk thistle at night, I doubt they would interact and be counterproductive. Liv 52 is great for liver protection.

Even if milk thistle does decrease effectiveness of orals, I would rather protect my liver than have whatever percentage of effectiveness that is lost. Your opinion may vary of course.

On other forums, I've heard that Anabolic Innovatons Cycle Support is good stuff.

well the half life of var is 8 hours so i was thinking of taking 30mg in the morning, 20mg at noon, and 20mg at night which is 70mg a day. so i guess i could take the milk thistle before bed.

    1. Doesn't matter. The use of fats helps with the absorption of some meds.

    2. Tyler's liver Detox or the support formula found here.
