Too much sugar in it. Use olive oils, ANPB ond fish oils to up the calories, also whole eggs, nuts and seeds.

    Just use cranberry extract.

How about the 100% Cranberry juice as opposed to the CJ "Cocktail" that contains all the extra corn syrup shit?

The cocktail is actually delicious but the loads and heaps of the extra sugar/corn syrup are not user-friendly.

Are your goals to utilize the cranberry juice for extra cals? Then no.

If you're interested in the antioxidants and health benifits, use the extract in pill form. No need for the excess sugars.

No, just because there is really no "value" to it. Even Peditricians are telling parents not to give their kids juice because it's just a waste of calories, and there is no nutritional value to it. Plus, ANPB is 1000 times better anyhow and is better for you.

I guess if you REALLY wanted it the best time to use it would be PWO. You can get away with almost anything in that time frame.

If using orals, olive oil and fish oils are a must to help keep HDL and LDL levels in some kind of check.

Sugar calories, if you are trying to get fat, also load up the tablespoon with sugar and honey several times an hour. Bust out the lard, fill up a quarter cup and top with powdered sugar for an extra tasty weight gainer treat. Cherry on top optional.

Makes the kidney lining slippery so things don't stick to it causing UTIs.
