damn i wasnt expecting to sweat this much

9 days in on my first cycle with 400mg prop and having to change my shirt 1-2 times at the gym because i sweat so much and feel bad for the people who have to use the machines when im done. (although i always clean up). it's become kind of a problem.

other than that the cycle is going good. running it for 8 weeks and just started my first day of 70mg GP anavar for the next 6 weeks. the pumps are the biggest difference i notice but the strength gains havent kicked in fully yet. although i put up 225 on the bench for 17 reps today when i could only do 8 previously. and i want to rail nearly every minimally attractive girl i see

Just make sure to stay hydrated. Also by sweating as much as you describe you are also losing a lot of Electrolytes. They sell electrolyte packets. Emergen-C ElectroMIX I use these and they taste good.

Most people wouldnt believe this but you can in fact dehydrate yourself by drinking too much water.

I need to buy some of those packets again. I get them by the box at Whole Foods.
It doesn't matter how you find the pot of gold, so long as you beat the leprechauns.

yea i need to buy some more equipment for my garage. i do my full workouts at the gym and then do an hour p90x session on the same body part in the same day to make sure i hit those muscles to failure.

my endurance seems to be down a bit though which surprised me.

Yeah I'm lacking some equipment so I have to work around it a bit, just gotta make do until I can get the rest

By endurance do you mean like cardiovascular wise or muscular endurance? I can definitely push out more reps than usual, past what I would normally consider failure even. But I do seem to get winded a bit more quickly which I wasn't expecting, not really sure why. Maybe I just need to work on my cardio lol.

yea as a former hs wrestler, cardio is in my blood and it takes only a couple days to get back to pace on 3 mile runs but i've been neglecting it lately. i'll pick up on it tomorrow.

and by lack of endurance, it's hard for me to put a finger on it. yesterday i was doing power cleans and felt winded as hell after 3 sets of 8. had to change my shirt immediately after and my body felt kinda fatigued. today i did arms and had the sickest pumps of my life. lasted longer too. i think the constant sweating is subconsciously making me feel like that clock is ticking faster and i just wanna get out of there so i take less time between sets. in fact now that i think about it, i cram a 1 hour workout into a half hour when im at the gym alone so that could be part of the problem.

i've heard some people say anavar helps with endurance and im on day 2 of 70mg GP var for 6 weeks which im excited about.

Yeah cardio is far from my strong point, never done a serious cut and kinda subscribed to the "cardio is detrimental to bulking" theory lol. I'm definitely gonna cut after pct though so I'm gonna have to start loving cardio. Not even really sure how long it takes to increase your cardio endurance, I'm hoping not as long as it takes to gain muscle....

Yeah, the pumps will appear before the strgnth gains but be patient! As far as the ridiculious sweating - welcome to the onderful world of aas. I'd comment on the part about wanting to rail every butter-face and fat chick in spandex but my wife might read this.

OP, have you seen any results? Working out then doing an hr of P-90X seems a bit overkill.

nah bro it's going great actually. i recover sooo much quicker than training natty. im just extremely pissed i couldnt go to the gym today because my delt injection was just terrible this morning with the wiggling around and all. i can barely raise my arm to stack a 45 pound plate. so tomorrow im doing 2 workouts 1 in the morning and 1 at night.

im currently 5'11 220 at around 14% bf. i was 205 10 days ago but a lot of it is water weight since i started creatine and eat a lot more. the pumps are so incredible. cant wait for the anavar to kick in.

i was absolutely drenched after 3 sets of squats though. my mindset was pretty much to all the other people in the gym haha. but i cleaned and sanitized all the machines after each set. had to change my shirt immediately afterwards.

looks like im gonna have to wear a hoodie in this hot weather

If you lower your water intake, you will become dehydrated. Not a formula for success. Jesus Christ.

I swear that I sweat more than everyone else in the gym combined. The amount I sweat after 3 sets and for remainder of workout is really a sight to see. Also I get dizzy, lightheaded and gasping for air. But the results are worth it. Not to mention all eyes on me.

well he's not exactly wrong. i mean will smith said he drank less water in the persuit of happyness so he wouldnt have to go to the bathroom as often. some politician in the 1800's did the same thing to filibuster a bill for 12 straight hours...(going too far with this?)

but it's foolish because water is essential to the body especially when running a cycle that also requires a high protein diet to get the most out of it. being even partially dehydrated during a high intensity workout is just about the most ridiculous idea i've ever heard of...

that's like telling someone not to eat if they dont wanna gain weight
