alphabolic Sorry to hear about your leg. I hope you took my advice and only did one leg...?
SFWDude I have never messed with the Bicep Nor do I think I ever will. I stick with Quads, Glutes, and Delts. That should be plenty of options, unless you are going for site injection "growth" which is still on the table.
yea i only did my left quad and it got so bad i had to tell my boss i needed the rest of the day off. im walking with the most obvious limp right now and its terrible. 100mg of GP prop. this is even worse than when i did my left delt and couldnt raise it for 2 days...
I don't buy into the "exotic" locations such as biceps, triceps, calves, traps. No need to get fancy. Never gone wrong hitting the glutes and delts for 15 years. I am going to incorporate quads, eventually, I think.

hope it goes away soon
Hmm..
Gonna inject myself with 100mg prop for the first time ever, in a few hours.. In the quad of course.. I don't have much hopes after reading this, lol...
I've had this shitty "Limp" once before.. my quad was so swollen I could use them as mirrors. God I hope I don't have to go through that shit again... Don't want to use painkillers while on winny for 8 weeks either
My "source" told me to heat up the prop in a glass of hot water.. and said the pain went away when he did that. So I will give that a try... im a bit skeptical though.

You know the part in Forrest Gump when the bullies are chasing him on a bike when he was a kid and he tries to run with those braces? Lol that's how ridiculous I look when I walk...
Sounds like you need to cut it with something maybe grape seed oil. There are a lot of options. But I think the best option is to stick with the glutes and go with a smaller pin. Since it is only 100mg/ml you should be able to get away with a 25g. Plus it only take a few days to get you new pins in the mail. Just order the smaller pins you do not need to order more barrels. Should not cost you more than $20.00 for 100. if that.

Yea but I'd have to buy some kind of filters for it to cut it which I don't feel like getting. I'm just gonna say fuck it and do glutes don't care about scar tissue delts and quads suck.
I use a 22 gauge 1.5 inch for glutes. I get them from a pharmacy for cheap

Never again
Been there, done that
Haha.
Pinned myself yesterday (100mg prop), and it has been pretty much painless so far. Can't see where I injected or anything.. Thank God for that!
I put the syringe under hot running water before I injected myself. Don't know if that did the trick or not (as I haven't tried without doing that)..

No pain, no gain? I prefer not having the pain
this is my 2nd day having to endure this painful hell that is my left quad. the pain goes all along the entire muscle down to the top of my knee and i injected on the higher part of the quad. this is day 2 of missing a workout for me. not sure when it's gonna get better. it's swolen pretty bad. not red, but definately a nice flat lump.
I can't take the leg limpin, I need to be agile for work. Limp for 1/2 a day, and before you know it now your back hurts...............
exactly man i cant do this quad shit anymore. gonna have to learn how to pin the traps. i cant even imagine how much it would suck to pin your calves with prop...
my leg is still really tight and swollen especially when i bend my knee past a 90 degree angle it just doesnt wanna give. should i be using heat or ice to make it better?

It's gotta run its course IMO. Take painkillers / acetamitaphon to help it along....
I can't stand it. Then it started to really suck when I couldn't rest my DB's on my legs to do my chest.... Add that to an already sore back from favoring the other leg and Its just not worth it for me. I'm always climbing around stuff, and in and out of the back of my HIGH truck, and ladders.....
Same thing, entire quad swells up to the kneecap and it hurts to bend.
I THINK forcing it to bend to its fullness helps, it hurts like a bitch, but once its there it feels much better for a while IMO.
Sometimes this doesn't happen to me, but it does about 75% of the time in the legs....
Glutes no free run either, forget about sitting on that cheek for few days, getting in and out of my truck becomes torture as does bumps on the road.
Can't bend over with a sore glute either.... don't even think about squatting.
The only positive about this is you can clearly tell where the muscle groups begin and end as the swelling usually doesn't 'jump muscles'. It lets you learn which parts of your quads do what functions most.
ive only done my glutes and delts so far 9 days into my 8 week prop cycle. glutes aren't that bad but i injected my delt today and holy shitt the pain is killing me. i could barely hold the syringe steady and it wiggled around. i dont even know if i can go to the gym today and im doing legs...i probably couldnt carry a 45 plate. i took a hot bath and am using a heating pad right now to reduce the pain. i aspirated and no blood so i know i injected correctly and everything.
and im in no hurry to pin my quads either because i hear it's pretty bad too since all your weight is on it. so is it okay if i only pin glutes EOD? i have the least pain when i inject in that spot.
rotation of sites is extremely important for a couple of reasons. #1 to prevent infection from multiple injections #2 scar tissue build up. #3 Scar tissue decreases absorption of your gear.
Each vastus lateralis easily has 6 injection sites that can be utilized. By taking advantage of these sites you will avoid the above issues.
Many people will say injection in the deltiods is fine, but from a medical stand point it is recommended to avoid delts and stick to deep muscle injections in your glutes and quads. For everyone that is gonna argue this point. Don't, just saying what is recommended. Anyone can inject in any muscle if they want. I only want to steer people in the right direction
Man, bicep injections hurt more than any other ive done. Anyone else' bicep hurt like a mother?
Hell yeah worst injection pain ever by far the worst anything else is just a tickle, quads ain't shit except I always seem to ozze a little blood when hitting quads more veins I guess but other then that go for it.
When I did bi's they were sore and I mean sore like I had trouble raising a glass to drink lasted several days other then that one everything else is very tolerable at least for me.
all i know is im never doing quads again. i just cant risk losing 2-3 workout days like this again because i can barely walk. if anything i'll stick to glutes and delts and maybe traps. but not quads again.
