    Week 6 cycle update Test/Deca

    Start stats
    5-9 1/2 177lb

    47yrs old bf 14%

    Cycle 600mg Test C , 300mg Deca

    Week 1 177.4 lbs arms 15.5, chest 43

    Week 2 171.0 lbs arms 15.5 chest 43

    Week 3 179 lbs arms 15- 3/4 chest 44

    Week 4 178 lbs arms 15-3/4 chest 44

    Week 5 179 lbs Arms 16: Chest 44-1/4

    Week 6 180 lbs Arms 16-1/2 chest 44-1/2

    Staring body fat 14

    Current body fat 11% to 12%. Not real sure but look pretty cut from start!

    Diet pretty clean 3,500 to 4,000 cal a day

    Protein 260g to 300g

    Have given up on adding weight and if I can contiue to put on size and drop BF and stay at current weight I am pretty happy.

    Will contiue Deca another 4 weeks and then run 600mg test for another 3 weeks and then cut back to 300mg Test and cruise until next cycle. Hopefully wont loose any gains. Will also take AI in process of ordering.

    Is this what most people see on first cycle?

    weird, First cycle I gained near 30lbs and it was very similar to your cycle test e /deca, that was 6 years ago though, but 16-30 lbs has been an average.

    But if you dropped BF and gained some weight your leaning out which is also good, determine your success of this cycle on your own personal goals, and expectations

    Yeah that looks right to me.

    You gained an inch on your arms... thats better than 16lbs of bloated red faced monster look.

    You'll wanna up your calories a bit more if you're going for more mass, but you're doing pretty well in my opinion.

    Thanks, have tried adding more cal and the only thing I notice is fat around my stomach! Strength is good and contiues to climb.

    Keep it up man. I realized on my first cycle that I cannot let the scale control me. It went up for sure, but the changes in my body composition were amazing and that cannot be judged by the scale.

    I would consider using hcg to keep the nuts working. Unless you never plan on doing pct.

    First cycle is supposed to be test only, if you got any bad sides, how would you know which compound caused it? And are you cutting or something? 3500 cals will not give you optimal growth

    Ran straight Test for 4 months before increasing Test and adding DECA. I think my growth is pretty good 1 inch on arms and 1 inch on chest and loosing BF.
