tell me what you think fella's. im soon to be 34 yrs old. I lift 4-5 days a week. im just not gettin great results with the jack3d-creatine-whey stack. So i decided to try out some h-drol for a 6 week cycle at 50/75/75/75/75/75. im 5'9 205lbs. Body is pretty solid except for my gut. i have cycle assist and milk thistle. Im trying to consume about 300g of protein a day. I will space out my drol taking 1 in the morning,afternoon,evening. ill drop the cycle assist 2 tabs in morning- 2 in the afternoon. maybe add a milk thistle tab to both doses of cycle assist. ive been drinking water like mad. max bench is 270X1 curl-190X1. clomid for my pct with creatine and whey. So what do you guys think? id like to pack on about 10lbs of lean muscle.
