    "One week" for cutting???

Hey guys.. Just a quick question. If a person were to have been on a cycle of DBOL, and Sust blends, GHRP-6, and CJC-1295 DAC for a few weeks, yet had ONE WEEK to lean up (Sitting at around 10% BF) before a major surprise trip to the beach, what would YOU do? Diet? Training? Etc.? Here is their gear on hand:

    Winstrol 50mg BD tabs (plenty)
    DBol 20mg tabs (plenty)
BD "Cut Blend 350" or somthing like that
    GHRP-6
    CJC 1295 DAC
    BD Test Blend (Sust 350)
    Clenbuterol
    Yohimbine
    T3
    Ketotifen

(They have been on the Clen, T3, Yohimbine, and Ketotifen for a week)

    Thanks in advance folks.

one week's not enough to do much with anything except dnp as far as I know, you don't have that and probably don't really want to run it though

Look up methods for reducing water retention, similar to what guys do for a contest prep. If you're already 10% it would probably make you look pretty good. I'm really not familiar so I can't give you the full rundown, but here's what I know lol. Basically you should be consuming a TON of water for the next week, I'm talking 1-2 gallons a day. Also I believe your carb intake should be very low. Then right towards the end you cut your water intake, and carb up. I'm not sure if glycerol is necessary but it's what I usually see reccomended. Basically your body is flushing water out very quickly due to the high intake, and then suddenly you stop, causing you to pull subcutaneous water into the muscles. Also since you've been cutting carbs your body will want to store alot of that glycogen giving you a more full look to the muscle. I'm sure someone here can tell you a more detailed method, or research the final stages of contest prep.

edit: possibly run a fairly high dose of your AI for the next week as well, I guess that could help

Not too much can be done in only one week, but if you are truly 10% BF...you are beach ready anyway.
