Well I thought I would start a discussion on the much talked about Erythropoietin (EPO) Its been all over 60 minuets, the news and until recently I really did not know much about it.
From what Ive read, It increase your RBC ( Red Blood Cell Count) which in turn increases oxygen to the brain and to the body's muscles, improves recovery time, strength and mass increase in endurance.
From what Ive seen the norm dose is any where from 750iu-1000iu per day for 2 weeks, and by the 3rd week you start feeling the effects, and continuing feeling them for 2-4 months. Almost sounds like b-12 would do the same thing...
Anyone ever used this? And what else do you know about it?
