I would suggest something out of the following:
    - Red Yeast Rice 1,2-3,6 grams ED
    - Fibre 20-30 grams ED
    - CoQ10 70-200mg ED
    - Niacin 500-2000mg ED
    - Omega 3s 3-6 grams ED (talking about EPA/DHA only)

P.S. 3-5 times a week cardio at 120-140 pulse would help also.

Red yeast rice only works form the start, but it has it's place.

Slow release niacin, fish oil, olive oil and cardio.
