    Only glutes for injections?

Using Test Cyp is with 23g X 1.5" needles twice a week injections. Is it alright to only pin in the glutes or do i need to do the shoulders as well?

the ester used and injection site will cause variations in the rate of absorption into skeletal muscle. there are a few studies out there on this, would post it I'm but pretty sure it's been archived off this PC.

for the most part I would recommend utilizing numerous inj sites to reduce the overall amounts of scare tissue build up in the lower dermis layers.

I do not inj in the glutes anymore, haven't for years too hard for me to reach and gf's never seem to ever get good at giving injections there. I use a 25g and inj in delts, pecs, about 5 different spots in the quads and the calves which can be risky. I usually hoover around the pharmacological doses of AAS so inj over 1CC in a 25G are rare for me.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Glutes are totally good if your only doing Test C twice a week. I did the exact my entire first cycle and it went great!

1.5" also is ideal for glute. 1" or 5/8" would suffice for other areas.

Well technically I can and cannot reach my glute lol. I figure the twisting is good for me but I can only twist so far. I have mastered the art of proper hand angle, etc. If anything, it seems easier to pin the glute as opposed to trying to reach across my body to get proper angle to pin the delts. I still do both though.

For that low a dosage and frequency there is no issue with pinning glutes only. I only ever pin quads, that will see me up to 4 pins a week.
I also cannot reach my glutes so that is not an option for me haha!

I've read that you shouldn't pin the same spot more than once every two weeks. Is it bro science? Who knows, but it does stand to reason that the less frequently you hit the same spot the less scar tissue build up there'll be over time.

Never heard the "once every 2 week" rule. Once a week is generally the rule of thumb as far as frequency of hitting same spot but I've violated this protocol many times without scar tissue buildup so nothing is 100% certain.

I'm sure people have pinned anywhere and everywhere imaginable. Hammies are nice and meaty with a good deal of muscular tissue; however, beware the sciatic nerve that runs down the middle of your ass cheeks. This nerve continues down the back of your leg so be cautious in the event you choose to pin hammy. Pin hammy if, and only if, you are certain you know exactly what you're doing.

This is a general from The anabolics books. You should try to rotate sites and not hit the same site for 2 weeks. This usually doesn't happen but I try to do this. I rotate. Delts, glutes, outer quads. I use 25G 1in for all of them.
