    2nd cycle?

    1st was test-e 600mg/wk for ten wks. gains were basic.

    what is a good 2nd cycle?

    50 mg dbol a day might be a bit much-i would start at 30 and see how it feels after a week, if its light bump it to 40 ect

    What are your stats and goals? This should be the first thing anyone posts when asking cycle advice. It's impossible to recommend anything without it.

    Well if the guy says he's soft obviously diet and cardio are off. So adding more gears isn't the answer. Eq works great in certain applications but to just tell someone you know nothing about to just start jabbing it in his ass blindly is bunk bro. This isn't Creatine or ph this shot will fuck you up if you take it lightly.

    If it is just due to water than maybe you need to run AI's higher than most.

    I'd be tempted to stick some proviron in to try and add some hardness if that is a desired effect but don't decide anything until we've seen your bf% or a pic

    Not being funny mike, but really we're not arsed how big you are or how strong you are. it has no bearing on this thread, or its outcome. The only thing that matters here are people's understanding of anabolics, stacking, dosing, ancillaries, pct, sides, results etc. end of debate

    Since your last cycle was Test E, You could look into running this for some added size and hardness. And Depending on your BF%

    Test E 500mg/wk 1-10
    Anavar 70mg Ed 1-6
    Aromasin 12.5mg EOD 1-10

    Or

    Test E 500mg/wk 1-10
    Dbol 40mg Ed 1-4
    Aromasin 12.5mg EOD 1-10

    Both are simple but effective.

    Wk 1-10 Test E 500mg/wk
    Wk 1-6 or Wk 4-9 D-bol 30-40mg ED
    Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
    Wk 1-12 Hcg 250-500iu x2/wk

    Cut:

    Wk 1-10 Test E 500mg/wk
    Wk 6-11 Winstrol 50mg ED
    Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
    Wk 1-12 Hcg 250-500iu x2/wk

    PCT Clomid 100/75/50/50 and Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5

    Run one of these only if your BF% is at or below 12-13%

    If not...time to hit the treadmill and diet.

    Well latsky look at my cycle suggestion from the very beginning and then look how many times someone else suggested it- your right i am new to aas only done a couple cycles but im still in great shape naturally from busting my ass in the gym

    To whomever suggested Proviron - you took the post right out of my - er - fingertips. Yes, I have noticed Proviron certainly adds a noticeable hardness to any stack I've done. Been using it at 25mg ED and bumped it to 50mg ED on current stack. I don't think you cna go wrong by adding Proviron to your stack whether cutting or bulking - it offers a pleasant effect as a pure androgen. Not to mention the libido - whew lordy - my poor wife.
