    AI Question

In cycle right now 600mg Test C and 300mg Deca and i am taking Aromasin 12.5 EOD. I will finish cycle in 4 weeks and then just cruise on test 200-300mg until next cycle. Should I continue with the AI since I will only be taking TEST?

It totally depends on your body. I am very gyno prone... and I don't need an AI when I cruise. But some people might need it. You should get some blood work to figure out the answer to your question. Everyone is different.

You need to let blood work be your guide. Get BW done about three weeks into your cruise and see where you are at.

Only labs can really say. My suggestion would be to continue on the 12.5mg/EOD (Exemestane) for 4-6 weeks post cycle. Then get lab work and see where your E2 is and tweak dosage/frequency accordingly.

bloodwork bloodwork bloodwork , although why not just use the K.I.S.S. method. i always keep a small but steady flow of ai going while on test even if cruising. IMO if on test use ai always. better than getting itchy nipples or achne than taking large dosses trying to reduce sides.
K.I.S.S. = KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID ... no offence ... just an expression my man!
    hope this helps you

I get blood work done regular and will give it 3 to 4 weeks after cycle complete and see. My levels are normally in the mid range for ESTRADIOL of what is considered normal. This is the one to be looking at correct?

If you're going on the self medicated TRT route, you better do it right and get blood tests. If not, that's plain stupid.

Incoming noob question. Are cruises primarily used by people already on TRT? Or is there something else I don't quite understand. Thanks!

Not necessarily, Some who cruise are on TRT already, BUT if others like my self who are not on TRT cruise to keep gains, and essentially eliminate PCT becasue you will be artificially supplying your body testosterone.

Thank you for the reply so are you planning on just staying on a cruise the remainder of your life or is there a chance that you'll eventually be able to come off of it? Just seems pretty harmful to the body.
