    D-bol pains

Got the common D-bol pain/pump, shoulders r killing me + occasionally lower back also.
Short of lowering my dose anyone have knowledge of options for relief??

I have read Taurine can help but have not tried, yet.

I've never ran into this issue of back pumps, so I'm not sure. Maybe water related, increase intake? We'll see if someone that has experience on it chimes in.

Great thanks. I am adding Taurine + Bananas (potassium).
I drink a good amount of water + at least 1/2 gallon of Milk a day.

I do split dosage thruout the day.

My lower back pain started on the 10th day. It was so bad, so I thought I had f..ked my kidneys. I was on taurine from day one but it seemed 1 a day was not enough, so Iincreased it to 3 a day. In addition added alot of water. Pain however did not go away and one afternoon I decided to take two advils. I am still taking it, but 1 ed, when pain worsen. It does not hurt to try it, as advil has close to 0 side effects if taken as prescribed. Tylenol is a different story though.
