Try to get at least 1 session of cardio a week, Its not going to hurt your bulk

Do ten to 15 minutes of a light to moderate cardio after your workouts. This will keep your heart pumping and bodyfat from getting out of hand. Cardio is important at least for you heart.

I do three 20min sessions a week post-workout when bulking.

The more in shape you are cardiovascularly, the longer and harder you can weight train.

Well said guys. Gotta get some form of cardio in to protect and help both your BF % reduction and heart.

When I used to bulk, I would get 2-3 sessions post-workout for about 15-20 minutes.

Very true, I never used to do cardio. Fat gain was never a problem really but I definitely started getting winded especially doing squats/deadlifts. I would be spent before I even exhausted the muscles, so it was definitely holding me back in that regard. Started doing a little 3x a week over a month ago and I'm already seeing some improvement.

It is amazing what a difference a little cardio can do for your well being and overall health. It helps in many areas.

I agree with this. Three 20 minute sessions ia great starting point. This is the approach I use.
