Soo I'm about to do an inject, I'm 8.5 weeks in and gains seem to have slowed down considerably. Now at this point I can't imagine it would make a huge difference but I'm wondering more for curiosity than anything. Would I get more out of the remaining test by upping the dose to say 625 (from 500) and finishing the cycle a bit sooner, or just continue at 500?
How did the gains slow down exactly? Strength still going up?
Yeah strength is still going up fairly steadily, just felt like I was blowing up from like week 2-7 or so lol. I've heard this is pretty common and I'm pretty sure the theory is either myostatin kicks in or receptors downregulate. I've heard some of the experienced guys say they often up their dosages a bit towards the end and that gets things going again, which is why I'm wondering.
add some HCG bro... Do 5,000 iu's three times' four days apart.
I'd really like to man... When planning this cycle I heard alot that with test only for 10 weeks it's not really a big deal. Now with pct fast approaching I'm getting worried haha. I don't know anywhere that would ship it in time though really, I know some sources carry it but they take weeks to ship usually. I'm worried I'm gonna be all depressed and feel like shit all the way through pct, which is not something I want after feeling awesome for 10 weeks :P
^^^ this....at 8 wks its a good idea to increase the dose..imo
Yeah that's what I really want to do. The problem is I only got enough test for 10 weeks @500mg. So the question is would it be better to run a week or so shorter with a higher dose or continue at 500 for the full 10
Imo if u have noticed a slowing in growth id personnel up it..i think lower dose longer time is better if a guy responds to it..slow gains imo equal more kept muscle
I'll ask it: are you eating enough? If you've made gains, you'll have to increase your intake to continue to make gains. You do know this, I'm sure you do. I sometimes just like to see myself type.

Pretty sure I am, I've been upping cals pretty steadily throughout and I'm putting on some noticeable fat so I'm thinking I'm well over the amount I can use to build muscle right? Also for the first 6 weeks or so I was gaining good mass and almost no fat, then it seems like I'm not putting on as much muscle and more fat so something's changed lol
Consider tighten up ur diet a lil...if ur still makin muscle gains keep the same dose if ya can
Diet's pretty clean, probably just went a little overboard on cals lol. I've stayed lean pretty much my whole natty life so it took alot for me to say "fuck it" and eat as much as I have been. Wanted to get as much out of this cycle as possible though. I still have somewhat visible abs so I'm ok with the bf% I'm at right now, not ideal for summer but mass > leanness at this point. I eat a ton of peanut butter and don't count cals so I'm guessing I'm getting more than I thought.
Soo I'm thinking of a compromise, keep dose the same but space my pins shorter, minus a day/1.5 days? I really have no idea if that's the same, that's why I'm asking. But I'm guessing that should have a similar effect as upping the dose just a tad while still not shortening the cycle by much.
Id just up the dose an run a wk short...u seem set on wantin to ..your not gettin what ya want afra 8 wks thats common...listen to your body ..diets all in check and increasesin throughout why not go to 750.
Dont sweat the fat..if ur lean naturally ull be fine most likely dumping it later
Yeah that's not usually a problem for me, gaining mass is though so I thought it better to just suck it up and eat as much as possible. I'm gonna finish out pct and wait a month or so then try and cut a bit. I'm worried about losing muscle so I wanna try and make sure I'm fully recovered first...
I'm going with the idea above, same dosage just less time between injections. That should be about the same as injecting slightly more per week. I know it's not really a big dfference I'm just sweating it because this is my first cycle and I wanna make sure I have the consent of the board before I do anything too stupid :P
I don't think you're doing anything stupid; your approach actually holds water - the shots will be the same, you'll just bump up your blood levels slightly this way, and fast.
