    What would be the natural / genetic limit for a 5' 10" average joe...

    For a 5'10" mesomorph average Joe.. what would be his natural limit?

    My guess is 190lbs around 8-9%?

    That would depend on YOUR family history my man..... There is no average when it comes to things like this. What nationality are you? What do your ancestors look like as far as build?

    Naturally, it's almost impossible for me to get big arms, because my genetics dictates most of my muscle gain in my core and legs. People often ask me how on earth I can weigh 210 pounds, then I roll up my pant legs and then they understand immediately.

    Like others said.

    Look at my whole family they are all slim built and tall and on my mum's side they are slim built and short genetics for getting huge = Zero.

    What do you weigh now? at what pecent BF?
