Anyone take mild diuretics on cycle to control subq water?

I have a mild otc type diuretic that I often use before vegas or miami trips, and I am thinking of taking half doses on cycle to keep water a little lower. I figure as long as I keep moderate water intake should be g2g.

Bloat can easily be controlled without the use of a diuretic throughout the cycle. Before you step on stage is one thing but probably not throughout . Diet to me is the number one thing to control bloat. It's amazing what a super clean diet will do. For iNstance if I have a bad night as far as diet goes (beer, salt and such) I will hold onto roughly about 5 lbs of extra water til the next day or so.

Diet, cardio, adequate H2O consumption and AI's will control your bloat well enough without the need for a diuretic.

Diuretics are very hard on your body and IMO should not be used unless you are a competitor and preparing for a show.
