The best way to learn is to do some research on your own....that way you'll be able to understand how tings work. There are tons of info on these forums...read some. Think of your own cycle and then i'm sure the members here with their vast knowledge would be very happy to help you tweak it to get the best results...and guide you in the proper direction.

Just my taught....not trying to be rude or anything...hope it didnt seem that way. I'm fairly new and i realised that it's best when you do your own research...and ask specific questions

do you drink alot of alcohol?

I will go ahead and tell you that at that height/weight/bf%,, juice is not right for you right now bro. clean up your nutrition intake and stuff frist.
Most if not all of those before and after pics you see in the mags are fake as hell my man.

First, tell us why you are the size you are.

Bodybuilding is a life style. Its not found in a vial or amp or a bottle of pills. It starts with dedication and a promise to yourself.
I can not spell worth a damn. I already know this.
so please dont waste your time or mine calling me out on something spelled wrong...

get your diet in check first. after that run some clen to get your bodyfat lower, after you've lost a good amount of weight and have a decent frame to build from then I would start to use gear. not before or after.

    Spjf,

I dropped from 345 to 210 before I did my first cycle. I spent years as a fat ass, so I know what you're feeling. The guys above are giving you the real scoop. If you want to weight 210 then you have to eat and exercise like someone who weights 210. There's just no way around that. Juice will not help you loose weight. If your diet is right, juice will help you gain muscle and can help prevent muscle loss when in a caloric deficiet, but you've got to get your exercise and diet program in check first. YOU'VE GOT TO EAT AND EXERCISE LIKE SOMEONE AT YOUR GOAL COMPOSITION. THERE'S JUST NO WAY TO GET AROUND IT.

Good luck buddy. If after twenty-five years of being a fat ass I can do it, so can you. Get that diet squared away!

    DIET DIET DIET.
got to change your life style.

    some simple things.
dont drink another soda. coke, pepsi, lemonade, fruitpunch, nothing drink tonz of water instead.
dont eat fast food, no burker king, md, wendys, arbys, tacobell. or dont eat past 9pm
and start portioning your food for starters. low carbs dont eat choc candy and that crap. and do exercise cardo for 30-45 mins just keep your heart beating decent whole time. id shoot for 3 days a week for starters then maybe bump it up to 5 days a week.
once your about 15% or less think re consider juice. at that bf no offensive wont do anything for you.
im fairly new here but this is knowledge ive learned. and common sense.
    edit good luck brother!

Juice will just make your health worse, and as they say, you can't cut fat. You have to lose the weight yourself through diet, if you don't learn what makes your body work naturally gear will be very disappointing for you.

Work out naturally, do some cardio (stairs really burns calories), and get the diet going.

X2. Take heed to that OP. I don't think you've fully let that soak in your brain yet since you moved on to a thread about what supplements to take to speed up your metabolism. Put down the magazines and GNC flyers. If you're looking for a magician, look in the phonebook. If can accept there's no easy way out, come back here and absorb all the information the members here have to offer. You aren't going to look like an underwear model when you wake up tomorrow, you aren't going to find some pill or powder to get you there either. Your physique is like building a house. You can't have a good house without a proper foundation...your proper nutritional intake begins that foundation. Supplements and gear just build upon that (Hence the word supplement, they supplement your diet). Ask for help on where to get started in THAT department, and you'll be on your way to changing your life forever.

    Good luck, stay motivated.

change your diet and make training and diet a way of life not just something you do once in awhile.. no off and on's you can train every day or every other and still have time to do other shit dont make excuses.. try some clen or an eca stack first but not until you make your diet and training ethic number one !
