I think you should only pin the same site twice a week if doing EOD..I THINK. But no your ass cheeks won't be uneven
Do you guys just use your left hand to get to left glute? Or twist your right hand to the left glute?
It seems freaking uncomfortable... i might have to take up on some yoga classes or somethang.
You think I could just pin my right glute? Am i gonna have uneven ass later due to injection site mass increase?!

Use my left hand. Not that difficult to do.

You could try the Ventrogluteal injection.

I can still hit my glutes better than my delts b/c my upper body has gotten wide to the point that I can barely reach across and get good steady/straight aim at delt. Left glute = left hand / right glute = right hand. I think as long as you're half way flexible you should still be able to twist just enough to get a good angle on glute. At least for me this is still possible. Delts are more of a challenge and my wife has to help.

lol, for me I'm pretty jacked but you know what they say - "you could always be bigger". I was bulkier and about 10-12lbs heavier over winter. Been cutting since late March - down to 212lbs so at 5'8" I'm able to appear pretty stacked. I have to exhale slowly as I twist around for positioning to pin glute.

Really? That's usually the preferred way to give IM injections to PT. Reason being, we get positive feedback from them in regards to little or no pain or soreness afterwards.
As long as you know what works for you, do it. Have you tried warming the area you want to inject and also massaging afterwards? Maybe taking a shower before hand to allow the muscles to relax?

Yeah... i will try that next time.. i get pretty tense around pinning time.. i'm not so used to pinning yet![]()
use my left hand..not as easy but not to hard either.

Usually I administer them while the leg is straight or with a little flex. It all depends on what you can do and if you have help.
Also look into the Z-Track method.

Start with jerkin off and brushing your teeth with you left hand...
Once advanced, try wiping your ass with your left hand.
This will help development, and uneven bulking on your right arm/shoulder.
It will also make inj w left hand easy too![]()

I can't reach them....I kindly ask the wife to hit my glutes.

I use the wall to help get me turned around enough. That way I'm not all tense trying to keep my upper body turned. As far as being right handed, like most have said just use your left hand, it's really not that hard.

just take your time and use your left hand or get someone, i.e. wife, to do it for you.

Left hand man. Not hard.

You'll become more dexterous in time. Sometimes my lats cramp up while im doing it and i feel like a T-rex with miniature, jacked arms staggering around in the bathroom with my pants around my ankles

Cant reach either side of my glutes, not because Im so jacked...its because Im flexible as a machine gun....

I can hit my left glute with my left hand but it ain't easy. Just awkward. Now that my GF lives with me, she delivers the goods. And better than my fellow nurses. Otherwise I even have my two special co-worker hit my delts even. Lazy!

My wife does all my inj. so much easier.

left hand, but I can't aspirate![]()
