i like to eat 3 solid meals a day with shakes throughout and in between. I keepwithin a sm all range of foods. with no real specific order, i range from:

baked or grilled chicken breasts, fish, tuna, every now and then a steak, and different ranges of soup.

    Along with vegtables (mostly green).

Most mornings its egg whites, whole grain wheat break, no fat yogurt and/ or skim milk. i try to consume 300g of protein a day.

what would you suggest i add?

Post a more detailed outline of your daily diet and how many calories it is total, not just your protein. Alot of people think they are eating alot but in reality, it's not enough for the gains you wanna make. Crunch the numbers on something like fitday.com and post 'um up!!

you should have at least 4 meals a day(not including shakes). ideally it would be 5-6 meals a day. you can gain more lbm and lose more bodyfat this way.
