Why not just bang it in the muscle ?
I do it in chest thighs and delts.
Burns a little nothing a guy who cripples himself in a gym 4 days a week can't handle.

Not sure if it will run through a slin pin. Might have to use a bigger pin for the particles to pass through.

I used a 27G 1/2
Mixed it with some Vit B12 to help it go throw.
