my first cycle of test e , and im hungry been eating alot, not so clean but not so crazy, alot of rice, peanut butter and jelly, chicken, fish , steak, turkey , potatoes. i been eating alot more carbs then usual though so i feel like its not the best thing for me
Do you have a diet plan? or eat whatever, whenever? When on first cycle I would stick to a diet plan, so you can adjust it and add to it. Would make life a lot easier until you get used to the extra food. Dont forget your veggies :P. Use a diet calculat online to count your macros, when people just eat, they think theyre getting more calories than they actually are, or vice versa
i just finished week 7 test-e 600mg wk eating everything and anything in sight up, mostly clean and trying not to eat carbs late. Im up 20 lbs and bf went from 11 to 13. week 9 im upping test to 750 and adding 350mg tren a thru week 12, and if all is going well thru week 16... My body usually hovers around 12% with a clean diet
