As long as you have your PCT, diet, training dialed in. You should be able to avoid most of the catabolism you face during PCT.

For me, I reduce training volume significantly, but never intensity. Short but hard workouts with heavy compound movements will help you keep your gains.

TRT, plenty of rest and diet.

Guys who do use a PCT protocol shouldn't be doing any excessive forms of cardio.

Depends on how long youre off. 4 wks? Yeah, you'll keep 85%

8 weeks? 50-75% and so on.

Fuck PCT. Ill stay on for life. Whether it be gear, slin, peptides. Natty is for the birds.

Does some of this depend upon how old you are? In other words, would a guy in his 20s keep more than a guy in his 40s?

Some people stay off for only 4 weeks before getting back on?

^ no my point is, after 4 wks, you'll lose 15% of your gains. Give or take...lets not split hairs. Not saying someone would hop back on after 4....but youd be surprised, some people prob do.

But as the months roll on....fart. in 90 days most people look exactly like they did before they got on.

So why waste all that gear/money/effort to just piss it away?

Id rather die of liver failure/stroke/heart attack because i abused too much than live and be a scrawny, weak fuck. (although im prob bigger and stronger natty than most people are on gears) But thats Just me. Im screwed up a lil i guess. My priorities are twisted.

My first cycle of PHs, I gained 17 and lost 3. I never lost anymore after that. I think it really depends on your diet and training and eager to push after your done. To say you'll lose it all is crazy talk!

This is where a lot of people screw up. They take PCT and cycle support too lightly and end up wasting their time. I have never lost more then 5 lbs from a cycle in my years of using enhanced supplements. A good cycle support (Need2Guard), test booster, diet and etc all come into play and have a critical role in recovering from a cycle.
