    Liver!

As far as liver goes, does anyone have any recommendations besides milk thistle to restore liver function, that isn't high risk but can help. Because after researching milk thistle their is literally no PROFESSIONAL SCIENTIFIC studies that have actually proven milk thistle improves liver function ability, even in the long run! They're selling those prescription drugs, such as Livercure, like there candy and their side effects can be very significant and substantially damaging to your body.

Any Suggestions? I would greatly appreciate it!

    Thanks guys

By far the single best thing you can do for your liver is to drink lots of water, it's good for all your organs including the skin.

Water is good but remember it will all go thru ur liver actually making it work just as hard. Its all about pH levels and it accumulates fat when the liver cells stop breaking it down due to abused AAS. Cranberry juice will help clear your bloodstream of cholesterol. Also the livery toxicity of a few AAS has been blown out of proportion.

Milk Thistle, Dandelion Root, and Yellow Dock are my favorites. You'll be peeing clear and healthy. And there are many rtd drinks designed for alcoholics. haha you can check into those if you are still worried.
