peptides on long break from AAS

I want to stay off AAS for at least a good 6 months maybe more. I'm off 6 weeks now. I would like to use some peptides while off. I get a lot out of GHRPs as far as recovery and better metabolism so they will be in there. I have not used IGF-1 lr3. I'm thinking about using it before workouts 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. So something like

    GHRP-2 200 ug before bed
    IGF-1 lr3 before workout 4 on 4 off
    MT2 100 ug/d til brown

I might add some GHRP-6 in the morning but I do good on it just before bed. AAS is just starting to be a drag on my body so I want to take a long break. What protocols do you guys use off cycle with peptides?

    I wouldn't do 4 on 4 off, I would do something max of E3D or 5 on 2 off. I've never heard of 4 on 4 off.

4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. not 4 days on 4 days off. It's pretty common brologic that it loses effectiveness after 4 weeks.

Yes, I know this. You didn't state weeks I figured days since most ask what dosing times to do.

How about going completely natty? Let the body take a little break.

I might. I'm contemplating. I cycled the most proper way from the mid 80s through the mid 90s. Always took at least three months off and even taking up to 2 full years off. Those breaks are really good. In my mid 30s I went off for 10 years. I got back into AAS b/c I was in my late 40s. When you get to that age arthritis and other age related things really start to catch up with you. Now I'm just about 50 and need a break from AAS. But you have to remember at my age I don't make as much growth factors as I use to and this is a big part of the reason for the decline. I still go off AAS for a good while after a cycle. I really do a modified TRT now and was on scripted TRT for 2 years. Still I take breaks and I have my reasons and they are well reasoned. I do notice that GHRPs help a lot and seem to be a very gentle drug on the system. When I am off everything but the GHRPs I still recover like I did probably 15 years age and have no detectable side effects both overtly and by blood testing. When I am off everything including the GHRPs I eventually recover like an athletic 50 year old man.

So I've been off of a modified TRT for 6 weeks and now am contemplating putting back the GHRPs and adding in some IGF-1 lr3 and I think I'm going to start that up in about another 4 weeks or so after I do blood work. Then I'll stay off AAS for a good long while. AAS are harsh as a drug class after a while. Even on a low prolonged dose things get out of whack enough where I can see many reasons to come right off of them for an extended period. So that's what I'm up to.

I don't really care about being jacked right now and may not care much for that for a while so I'm in a good place to just drop the AAS for a while. My test might be a little low but that really is not to much of a problem. My sex drive is high even when I've tested in the 100s. What I want is to have the good sense of well being and feel 35 rather than 50 and train nearly every day as I have since I was about 16. It's been my life style since I can remember and I just want to keep that going. I can do it completely natural but I get the 50 year old ex-fighter/heavy lifter aches and pains that limit performance without the peptides. I can do that for a few months, as I am now, but after that it's to much of a benefit to neglect the peptides.

What I'm really interested in in this thread is what others have used in peptide protocols in the absence of AAS.
