Fucking eh. Do public schools even teach grammar and punctuation these days? I had to read your post like 3 times to understand WTF you were trying to say.

It all depends what your training for and if your taking the right compounds or not. If your training for size they will help you pack on more size. If your training to lean out then they will help you lean out. If your training for speed they will help you get faster. But they're not magic. Your diet and training and rest time have to be 110% for them to have a profound effect on whatever you are trying to achieve during the course of your cycle

It is horrible when trying to read the younger generations posts. No grammar combined with a lack of reading comprehension, makes it almost impossible to conversate via threads sometimes.

Ben Johnson, tested + for Winstrol, I believe that was the 88 olympics. He just happened to beat Carl Lewis in the 100. And for just a short time, he was known as the fastest man in the world.

If a train travelling east on winny @ 45 mph crashes into a train going west on dexedrine travelling @ 37 mph, would the passengers become more jacked? or should they pulse anadrol on HIIT days?

Don't know, but that train on Winny, most likely bowled over the other train and arrived 15 minutes early, to boot.

If trained properly. Sprinting requires power. Think Ben Johnson. He was good without steroids. With them he became the fastest man on the planet. One can bet he also had top-flight training and diet implemented as well, as a world-class athlete.
