No sir, still leaning to primo though in tabs form. I also appreciate the pct advise, i will use clomid in your recommended doses. 200mg front loaded first 2 days then 100/75/50/50/50 starting 4 days after last inject of prop.

Hey bro, thank for all of your help up to this point.
This is what i am thinking for diet 2500-2600 calories per day, of course i weigh all my food.
40/40/20 macro break down. Nothing but clean lean meats, lean chicken, turkey, steak, burger, i only eat wild caught Alaskan Salmon/Halibut for fish none of the other crap, too proud...born and raised in Alaska, sweet potatoes, whole grain rice, peanut butter, red potatoes, whole wheat whole grain breads, greek nonfat all natural yogurt, whole grain noodles, red potatoes, non fat cottage cheese.....Supplement's are muti, efa, hydrowhey protien, xtend,HMB,creatine, vitargo,ec stack(dropping ec stack while on cycle obviously)
You get the idea. My workout routine will be 5 days per week, cardio at least 5 days per week. I usually wake up around 5:30am and do cardio first thing then go to work and then gym after work around 6:30 to 7:00 train for an hour tops.

    5x5's super sets
    Mon. Quads/Hamis/Calvs/Glutes/Abs
Tues. Back/Bi's/Abs(30 min. cardio in morning)
Wed. Off (30 min cardio, family day)
Thurs. Chest/Tri's/Abs(30 min. cardio in morning)
Fri. Shoulders/Traps/Abs(30 min cardio in morning)
    Sat.Chest/Bi's/Abs(30 min cardio in morning)
Sun. Off (30min. cardio, family day)

Then i do Hypertrophy the next week and stagger back and forth.

    5x5's Hypertrophy
    Mon. Back Squat/Deadlift/standing calf
    Tues. Barbell bench/Barbell rows/military press/barbell shrugs.(30min. cardio in morning)
    Wed. off (30min cardio)
Thurs. DB Shoulder press/DB front raise/DB one arm row/DB arnold Press/Lat pull down(wide grip)/DB shrugs/Lat pull down (close grip)/Db upright row/T-bar row if i have enough left, lol.(30 min. cardio in morning)
Fri. super set- Hack squat/Standing calf raise.
Super set-leg extension/sitting leg curls/sitting calf raise. No cardio get too many cramps on leg days.
    Sat. DB Incline bench/Barbell close grip bench/BD flat bench/Preacher curls/Standing French Press/Push Downs/DB Hammer Curls/Cable Crossovers/Machine Curls/Machine Dips.(30 min. cardio in morning)
Sun. Off(30 min. cardio in morning)

So this is what i have been doing anyhow and figured i could continue it, do you have any tweaks or suggestions on diet or workout routine ??
