super dmz
what exaclty is super dmz i keep hearing its a pro hormone , steriod and aleternative steriod what exaclty is it ? and whats the diffrence beetween a pro hormone and a steriod ? i just got my first bottle today took 1 and taking one in the evening do a workout soon afther taking the pill or let it digest first?

No one should take any substance without thoroughly investigating its proper use and associated requirements. Those requirements include correct diet, exercise, rest, and—in the case of prohormones or steroids—the required/recommended post cycle therapy.
