That's too bad - I got Winstrol-induced joint discomfort last year but virtually none this year. Maybe my joints got a little stronger overall throughout the past 10 months or so? Might be a case of grin and bear it until you're done with the Winstrol. Where are you feeling the most pain? Mine was in the elbows (the inside of the elbows to be exact). Goddamn - made it nearly impossible to curl a 3lb dumbbell almost. Felt like a rubber band inside was going to snap when I straightened arm on the downward curling motion. Even upright rows and pullups hurt due to the bending of the elbows. Sucked bigtime. There's gotta be some type of relief that some bros can chime in with. Curious to read myself.

Depending what you did I don't think deca is gonna do it. If its a case of tendonitis it will just keep getting worse. I picked up a case of tendonitis about 2nd week into this cycle and I'm taking 1-1/2 cc deca a week and its not helping, or maybe it is and things would be worse without it, but it's not gonna make it go away if it tendonitis. Continuing lifting heavy has also caused the pain to come around to inside of my elbow joint. It sucks the pain is bad during workouts and especially the day after if I go heavy. I've had to change my routine and use much lighters weights and up the reps to get the same pump. I'd try that for a week or 2 and see where that gets you and use the "RICE" approach for training injuries. Hopefully you got just a slight sprain or something.

Too late for that...you won't get the joint relief from deca until 4-5 weeks after starting it.

Glucosamine and MSM is supposed to help as will fish oil, but from what I heard, you have to start them 4 weeks prior.

If you are not gyno prone, you could lower your AI dose and see if some water retention helps.

Either that or lower your dose of winny to 30-40mg and see if that helps.

Ive been running 14g of fish oil a day for two months and taking 30mg a day winny. I was on 300 mg deca for 2 months prior do you think its the mixture of winny and the deca wearing off at the same time?

Cissus quadrangularis will help. Most studies shown MSM+Glucosamine to be little more than a placebo.

I have used nolvadex along side winstrol. Raloxiphene may work better. The idea is that it helps replace estrogen signaling in bone and joint tissues. The British figured it about a few years ago. I tried it and it helps. I don't know if it will help once the pain starts. You can try one or the other for a couple of weeks and see how it goes.

If it's an arthritic issue I picked up "Voltaren Gel".. it's a topical. Takes the inflamation down and relieves the pain a good bit.

Don't take the nolvadex if deca is still in your system. It will give you gyno from increased progesterone receptors. Alternatively, for the joint pain you might try adding back 200 mg/w of deca.
