If you're bulking you have to eat more. You should NEVER be starving while bulking. I'm about 215 pounds and when I bulk on AAS I get in around 5000 clean calories and I'm literally stuffed to the gills. This is coming from a kid with a botomless pit as a stomach. I can put food down like it's nobodys business. When you get all your cals from clean sources it tends to fill you up quicker than if you're eating dirty foods. EAT MAN EAT!

i've never been able to come up with a way to eat 5000 - 6000 cals (CLEAN).

could you give me an example of what your diet consists of, just curious...

i know michael phelps eats 8000 - 10000 cals when he's in training, but he eats like shit. whole pizzas, a pound of bacon, etc.

Yes, I can give you a sample of what I eat. Obviously AAS increases your protein synthesis so even when bulking I'm eating 2 grams protein/lbm.

Meal 1: 10 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 cup grits, 1 glass oj, whole wheat bagel with pb

    P: 60g C: 180g F: 15g

Meal 2: 7 Oz chicken breast, 5 pcs ezekiel bread, tbsp omega pb

    P: 65g C: 75: F:18 g

Meal 3: Preworkout 8 oz chicken 1 cup brown rice
    P: 65g C: 140 g F:5g

Meal 4: Postworkout Protein shake, waxi maize

    P:60g Carbs: 180g F: 2 g

    Meal 5: post post workout
8oz lean steak 600 grams baked potato

65 grams protein 120 grams carbs 10 grams fat

Meal 6: 8oz lean turkey, ezekiel cereal - friggin packed with protein and carbs

    P: 65g C: 85g f: 16g

Meal 7: 10 egg whites, half cup cottage cheese, 3 tbsp natty pb

    P:70 g C: 12 F: 24

That equals around 5488 cals and this is just an estimate. My diet changes every day depending on what I feel like eating. Sometimes I hit over 6000 and I've never been over 12 % bf and I'm 220 pounds.

I'm also on EQ most of the time so my stomach is like a bottomless pit. My grocery bill is absolutely ridiculous.

I know it is, I'm eating my parents out of house and home. I'm thinking about switching from bodybuilding to competitive eating. I think I may have more potential there.

I always knew you should be taking in more calories when on AAS but I wasn't prepared for the hunger from just test. Hungry around the clock but the few hours following a workout I couldn't get enough. Did deadlifts and squats together one day and thought I was going to die of hunger lol.
