Thread: Arimidex on cycle

Adex is strong. I would cut it down to .25mg.

I'm using 1mg twice a week for 250mg Deca and 500mg Test C a week.....so far so good.

Seems a bit much to me. As a rule, I try to use as little as I can get away with. I think dosage varies for different people. Best to play with the dose and find your own sweet spot.

I take .5 ED and works well for me.

The recommended starting point for adex is 0.5mg eod...adjusting up or down as necessary.

yea I would start with that dose (.5 mg eod) and work from there. You may be able to go down much more, just depends on you. Good luck.
