    Training on AAS

I wanted to know some peoples training regimes while on AAS. While not on AAS I train 45 mins a day and while on AAS I usually bump it up to an hour because I add a few more heavy sets. I'm hearing on some of these forums that guys are working out for an hour and a half because they say AAS blunts cortisol production? I know that a lot of the big time bodybuilders train two times and day at usually an hour each workout. I want to absolutely maximize my lean gains on this cutting cycle so if theres something I'm missing please help me out! I'm just afraid to overtrain but if I have room to train more I would love to! I'm on a 15 week cutter with Test E, Tren A, EQ, and Winny tabs and I get plenty of calories to gain lean mass while losing bodyfat.

I think you can train more intense and frequently on gear but how much more would vary person to person.

I would say keep increasing intensity and volume and listen to your body. If you feel burned out or strength isn't going up much, then it's time to take the foot off the pedal a bit.

Training on AAS is insane. I was training 6 days a week hitting each body part twice a week with no worries. You can lift silly amounts of weights for a long time and man does it feel good! Get a good diet and a good regime and the sky's the limit!
