Just finishing first week of my test prop injections at 100mg eod with adex 1mg eod.
Just wondering you suggestions on bumping up the dosage for the remaiining weeks to 125mg or 150mg eod.
Let me know some suggestions.

I am 6 foot 205 lbs about 12%bf. Diet is clean around 3500 cals a day about 40/40/20 proteins/carbs/fats. Looking to cut up a bit and gain around 10 solid lbs. Will also be throwing in winny the last 6 weeks of the cycle at 50mg ed. And will be following up with torem for pct.


Diet might be clean, but you have to up your caloric intake, more than likely your protein intake as well. What's your age and have you used AAS before?

First time running prop for me i didnt notice anything until i bumped to 150mg Eod, but everyones different. As long as your an experienced user that shouldnt be an issue. If your under 21, sorry wait it out

I would say that you could get those 10 lbs on naturally in two months should you fix your diet alone.
I would aim for at least 5000 calories. Hey, when I bulk I aim for 7K+, but I'm a bit heavier. With your stats, 3500 calories in not enough to bulk/add mass with. You need more.

Still though, even though this is all good advice, I believe that he'll gain solid pounds upping to 150mg/EOD. That's a good amount of Test P.
