Before I say anything, here's a run down of my stats currently....
5'2
Almost 25
Idling between 165-168 lbs
13-14% bf
Currently eating 2900-3100 Calories a day
Work out 4 days a week Mon/Tue/Thurs/Fri
Alot of 5x5 work, and 3-4x8
Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, and Military's are staples in my program.
Everything is pretty much compound and bigger movements. Little to no isolation work.
6 years of training under my belt off and on, 3 years consistent. My genetics are just absolute shit. This I am sure of.
My question is, I am on my journey to 190. After I hit 190 I wanted to sit there for a little while, and then chop it down. Now, I am up to where I am from a starting point from a cut a few months ago of 150 lbs at 10% bf.....
I have gotten all my necessities, and was planning on beginning my 12 week cycle at the end of July / Beginning of August.....
I also have plenty of Nolva on hand just in case of Gyno symptoms, and both dosages of Aromasin 12.5/25mg, just in case the 12.5 doesn't do the job on cycle.
So that is my plan. My question is.....
Do you think I will yield good results if I begin the cycle from the point I am at now? Considering my bf is a little high. I cannot eat, and not gain fat, unfortunately I am not one of those people. I am played w/ my food and my diet so much it was exhausting in the past. Bottom line is, when I eat carbs, I gain bf. No way around it. I wanted to do this cycle, take 12 weeks off, and then either do another bulking cycle depending on how this cycle ends, or jump to Test/Tren-E and cut. The ending of this cycle will decide that. I've been bulking natty this whole time right now, and it's been about a year and a half since my last cycle which I really am disappointed with because it was a little research / gym buddy influenced thing. After all the reading i've done in the last 6-7 months, I am pumped and ready to do this the right way like a motherfucker. Stupid, I am aware. So let's not talk about that. Any advice / input on my cycle, my starting point, or just anything is appreciated. I did my best formatting this thread how it was supposed to be formatted for efficient help. Thank you!
I was planning on keeping the calories the same and maybe upping it by 500-1000 on cycle just because I am so prone to gaining bf. Thanks for the look.
