    1-Andro Rx

So I stocked up on a decent amount of these...just wondering what I should expect from a 6 week cycle at 600mg to 8 week cycle at 1000mg.

Calorie intake would be around 3500-4000
    5'10 170lbs

Would it be worth it to run it for 8 weeks at 1000mg or should I just get a taste of it with the 6 week cycle at 600mg?

If so I would have enough to do another 6 week/600mg cycle that I was thinking of stacking with Dplex at 150mg.

    thanks guys

I did a one month cycle, 6 a day. By the end of the 4th week, I put on about 15 lbs, and all of my major lifts increased by about 15-20 lbs. My deadlift shot way up. I am 5'2 and idling between 168-170 now. Even after my cycle ended. The 1-Andro was good stuff. But I still rather do a real cycle

Lean bulking. I have a pretty solid Eating system regardless of what I'm doing. I eat every 3 hours starting at 5 am. This works out perfectly with the time I work out at 2:30 and the time I go to bed at 9:30. I was trying to eat 2900-3200 clean calories a day and was using fitday.com to keep track. I would lay my days out the day before to make sure what I was about to eat was enough. Anything extra I ate was just extra. Keep in mind, I'm only 5'2 and started at 150 so that amount of food was alot for me. Pm me if you wanna chop it up any more. Good luck!

Yessir. Reading the nutrition section and training section will be beneficial as well. My gains came faster, and bigger when I switched from 5 days 1 bodypart a day, to a 4 day push/pull/leg split
