I did a one month cycle, 6 a day. By the end of the 4th week, I put on about 15 lbs, and all of my major lifts increased by about 15-20 lbs. My deadlift shot way up. I am 5'2 and idling between 168-170 now. Even after my cycle ended. The 1-Andro was good stuff. But I still rather do a real cycle![]()
