    NEW and confused... Ha

    Hey everyone,

    First time on here but I am 25, 5'11, 150lbs 7%BF and need a little help. Im a snow skier and usually have lower BF but this off season I want to gain more this time around. My Diet is very good and sustaining it, along with supplements.

    Got a cycle of SUSTANON, and BOLDENONE UNDECYLENATE. Told to take 1mL of SUS every 4 days, and .5mL BOLDENONE with it.

    Feel like a lost child with this whole subject. Wondering if its a good beginner cycle or what i need to do to change it, or if i should even take it. I know very little and need to stay lean.

    Please help.

    I brought it up that i wanted to gain this season and a coach gave me this and told me how to take it. Free, and just happened thats why i know little about it all.

    Wanted to know if that's a correct dosage for a new guy and decent stuff. Seems like if from what Ive read.

    give that stuff to someone who can really take advantage of it

    .you can bulk up and stay lean very easily by just picking up a solid weight gainer,creatine,good mutli v. and some good ole fashion weight lifting.

    I'd also look into getting a new coach.

    5'11 150 pounds is not a good base to start gear at. I would try a new diet before gear but that just my 2 cents

    Agreed. When I was smaller I changed my diet and ate a ton more food and gained roughly 20 pounds in 2-3 months. Food can do wonders.

    Your coach is also an idiot, aside from him giving you this gear the cycle he laid out is not correct in anyway.

    yea sustanon and EQ come in different doses per ml...so saying 1ML and .5ML means nothing. need to know the mg per ml. anyway, i agree with the others. at 5'10" 150 lbs thats not a good base for AAS. you can/should be able to put on lean solid mass by just working out hard. gain another 20-25lbs at least naturally before using aas. you also need to research ai's and pct...bet ur coach didnt give you those... who is this guy anyways...do skiers really juice to improve performance? he must be affiliated with BALCO

    Reading this- if your 25 and have a coach and are thinking about taking steroids im assuming you are doing this at some sort of national level. and just knowing that i would advise you against steroids and your coach is an ass for suggesting it(how in the hell do you even bring that up as a coach). but before you go jabing yourself you might want to look into how long those specific steroids can be detected in your system after injecting cause they are all different. and if you dont want your newly formed boobs to be hitting you in the face as your racing down hill you might want to research the sides and how to prevent and stop them should they arise.

    said take SUS (250mg) every 4 days and BOLD (100mg) every 4 days too. I was planning on doing it natural, and these were laid in my lap for free, and i have no one to talk to about it. Before you jump out your seats, screaming at me lol. Haven't taken any and was told there out of your system in 2 months. We only get tested twice a year(not worried about it not good enough hurt myself last year). I do appreciate all the thought and help, im sure you all know more than a coach... Just recently brushed up on this subject and just thought Id post on here. who knows what ill do with it...

    Go with what mich29 is saying. You could EASLY gain on creatine, mass gainer, multi v, shit throw some natural test booster in there, with high calorie diet and train right. You have all this gear and no PCT? Your settin yourself a longer off season my friend.

    There is a lot of info out there. What your asking some one to post for you is already here. On first cycles.. with your height and weight I would think that the best advice would be to up your caloric intake(weight gaining shakes mixed with ice cream) And lift HEAVY.

    God I wish steroids were as easy as some one dropping some 10 ml vials in my lap and me getting huge

    Yes i have PCT too just wasnt as curious about it. i have it all. I will take your guys advice and stay away. Its just hard because i have to still do what is considered a lot of cardio for average person, and it seems like i eat a ton guess i just need to eat more it looks like or knock off some cardio but that's going to be hard too ha

    wake up to a protein shake
    2 hours later oatmeal, random fruit and 8oz of steak
    3 hours later 3-4 egg whites(boiled) peanut butter sandwich whole wheat
    gym, and protein shake cortege cheese, potatos
    3 hours. 14 -16 oz of steak and sometimes tuna (not yesterday)
    3 hours. oatmeal and cantaloupe and chicken breast
    protein shake and hit the sack a lil latler

    only drink water, and snack on almonds.

    How much oat meal, potatoes, and cottage cheese do you eat? And what is in that protein shake(maybe switch these to weight gainers)? Hahah steak for Bfast and oat meal for dinner... I did that the other day. You should also have a pre and post work out nutrition set up. Also tribulus is not a bad sup or some other sort of natural test booster.

    ^this. Your diet is not bad but if your bulking up you definatley want more complex carbohydrates. Rice, pasta, potatoes etc. Also, but a tub of dextrose and some creatine and take 10 grams of creatine and 50 grams of dextrose mixed together everyday post workout along with your protein shake.
