I need to drop 6% fat percentage during 3 weeks using a small steroid cycle ...is it possible ??
I have just started clenbuterol and ketogenic diet ... I have never used steroids before and not planning to overuse it at all or continue using it for long... I just booked my vacation on 14 july till 24 july and it will be my only vacation this year till september so I am trying so desperately to get in shape ... I would continue the cycle after I come back from my vacation if necassary
I am currently around 16-17 percent body fat percentage .. 171 LB weight almost 25 years old, and several years training experience weight lifting and martial arts (Around 6-7 years)
(I have stopped working out for around a year and started again on May 2011)

Gain two kg of muscle in three weeks while dropping 4kg of fat? Not going to happen.

Running a cycle to drop weight for a vacation is irresponsible.

yeah I know .. though most of the people here do it lool ... anyway I was just talking about a small cycle ... someone told me that primobolan (dihydrotestosterone) has no side effects and could be taken alone ... I don;t really know much about steroids and of course I'm willing to read alot before I ever do anything related to it .. just thought that there are small courses that have minimal if none side effects ...


You're a category II, but the cutoff for category I is 15% bodyfat, so let's use that.
280g protein plus 200 or so tag-along calories from green veggies, a tablespoon of olive oil and 10g fish oil daily. Do this for 12 days, then a two-day refeed. Eat two pieces of fruit and some protein, the about an hour later, do a tension workout before you begin the refeed. Google tension workout if you don't know what this is but basically, it's a full-body workout, 3x8-12, about a minute between work sets.
Then begin the refeed:
Day one refeed: 180g protein, 900g carb, 50g fat
Day two refeed: 180g protein, 250g carb, 50g fat
Load 20-25g creatine during both days of the refeed. I suggest dissolving it in hot water, as Will Brink suggests. Remain moderately active during the refeed - it'll help you reglycogenate. Then resume the PSMF until you go on vacation.
During the PSMF, walk an hour or more daily. Train twice a week, full body workout as per my homework 1 in my sig.
Supplement with 10g fish oil, a multi, a multi-B, a gram of vitamin C, 1g potassium, 1g calcium, 500mg magnesium

Primo takes 5 weeks just to get established. You can't just pop stuff and expect results. You're working w/ your hormone profile and your body's ability to respond to the compound, and most importantly, the compound's ester.
Do "people around here" get their blood work done? My guess is they load steroids, then drink and then spend the summer looking bloated and in 15 years, they have a nice big fat beer belly and titties?
