Ok, i'm looking for some constructive critisism I'm 32 years of age, 5-11 3/4, 205. I have a little beer belly nothing serious. I ran Test,deca,sust cycles before always blew up pretty quick, But never recived any real definition, i'm looking to gain quick solid muscle mass then cut it up quick for a 12 week cycle along with clomid for 5-weeks prior, tell me if im making any sense what so ever...

u should base every cycle around a test. and the dosing schedules are confusing... i wouldnt run so many compounds bro.
i dont know what else to say.... i feel like a broken record.

If it's your first cycle this^^^ is absolutely perfect. This is most peoples first cycle, including mine. Comments on the cycle you've come up with. Eq shouldn't be run any less than 12 weeks. I don't believe in cycles that have two different goals. Yours being to bulk half of the cycle then cut the last half. I think you should do a recomp cycle. This means you can gain a decent amount of lean mass while burning a decent amount of fat. I believe you will be much happier with that sort of cycle.

You can pretty much do a recomp cycle with anything. It all comes down to diet and training. If you were super bloated you can throw some Arimidex in there at .25-.50 mgs ED. Right now I'm recomping for 15 weeks on Tren Ace: 300 mgs/wk, Test E: 500 mgs/wk, and EQ: 600 mgs/wk. I also used arimidex at .25 mgs ED. I'm 215 pounds at 10 % bf. I try to get in around 3500 cals on training days which equals around 200 over maintenance. I do fasted cardio three days a week and on off days I eat around 300-400 cals under maintenance. HIGH PROTEIN, most important dieting tip while on AAS


Not to sound like a dick or anything but these cycles are just all wrong, no wonder you felt bad!
I think you need to start with a simple but yet effective cycle like I outlined earlier, maybe 600mg of Test E for 8 weeks then bump it up to 750-800mg for 4 more weeks, with proper AI and HCG with proper PCT, you should have good gains, after that start using different gears!
This is just my recommendation, to each their own!
