I used to for around 4 years, but recently decided to quit because it no longer appealed to me. But I never noticed any big differences since quitting, just doesn't appeal to me anymore.

Cigarettes are terrible IMO. They have absolutely no benefit other than quenching the urge for the addiction to them. They do one thing, CAUSE CANCER. I don't see why anyone would smoke them. Sorry don't mean to offend anyone but why smoke something that does nothing and good and lots of bad. It baffles me why they are legal. I smoke marijuanna occasionally because it is beneficial and doesn't require me to smoke much to get my desired effect. If I don't want the smoke I will vaporize or make some butter and cook up some cookies. Marijuanna has can be used for many positive benefits. Cigarettes are totally useless and do nothing more than put money in the government's pocket while killing the citizens of the country yet they are legal and marijuanna is illegal. How many people do you know that die from marijuanna? Now how about cigarettes? Hmmmm....... Something is not right here. As I said this is my opinion and don't mean to offend anyone else but it doesn't make sense. My advice quit cigarettes and never go back.

Smoking Marijuanna can be a great alternative to Benzos for help getting to sleep while suffering from insomnia. Also a appetite booster. Of course any smoke going into the lungs is not good but IMO the benefits out weigh any risk especially when used responsibly. Benzos have terrible withdrawal symptoms if you get addicted. I have smoked herb for years and then quit cold turkey because of a job with very little withdraw. I was slightly irritable for the first week other than that I was good. I recently started up again myself but I am a very light user of it now. I try to use it with purpose and moderation. I have never felt better.

I smoked cigs and houch for more than 15 years, but no more. Feel much better, food tastes better sense of smell is 100 times greater and don't even have to mention cardio. But I never saw on a death certificate "cause of death cigarettes"...lol

Good for you brother! I smoked for 23 years, 2-3 packs a day depending if I was drinking beer or not

Last August 14th I looked at my pretty and said, I have 4 more smokes left, I'm gonna smoke them tonight and I'm done, knowing if I saved even 1 I would smoke the next day! I smoked those 4 and woke the next day with it in my head that I was NOT going to go buy a pack of smokes for no damn $5+ anymore! Been 10 1/2 months since a cig has touched my lips!

I just quit smoking herb after 5+ years of HEAVY ED smoking. I'd like to say there weren't any side effects but it fucking sucked. My back started hurting, I couldn't sleep for shit, I was irritable..the list goes on. But now I'm into the 2nd week of it and I'm feeling much better. Looking back, I should have tapered off of it.

no cigarettes here, but hippylettuce sure is nice after busting my butt at the gym. i try not to just smoke for kicks, but do occasionally on weekends. sleep is a big issue for me, well lack of sleep anyhow. i smoke a little daily. never before workouts. i have not noticed anything as far as cardio, but I only treadmill 20 minutes after weights and Sunday i do 6 miles on the road. all is good for me.

if you can please stop smoking cigarettes. you'll feel way better and prolly live longer too. good luck

Eff Cigarettes. I used to smoke pot off/on throughout college in the mid 90s. It helps mellow me out when I was jerked and angry on Testoviron and Halo. Also, helped me feed my face with lots of calories. Even puffed once or twice before the gym and got into a "zone" combined with the "zone" from the gear and before I knew it - 3 hours went by and I had done nearly 40 sets on whatever bodypart and realized I have to start cardio. Don't smoke the herb anymore though.
