    first cycle advice

    Hello,
I have decided it is time to do my first cycle. I am looking at naps intermediate Bulk Cycle which is:
    10 wk cycle
    GP TEST 250 1ml twice a week
GP Deca .5 ml twice a week
GP Methan 10 oral 4 pills daily
    And GP Anastrozole .5mg/day

I was also going to take clen as wekk as HGH. About me, I am 33 years old, 5'11" 240lbs. I haven't worked out in quite a while and my weight is not healthy weight. I do know how to work out and was in great shape (220lbs 8%bf) before I had cancer 6 years ago. Which is why I have not been workng out. I have a clean bill of health now and I am looking to getting back into shape. My doctor told me that my testesterone levels are low now after my cancer treatment which is another reason why I am starting this cycle. With this stack is the clen and HGH also okay to take?? Thanks in advance for any help.

First cycle should be test only, if you run more than one compound andyou get a side effect, how are you gonna know which one did it?

Not only that, but if you are significantly over 15% body fat, your chances of experiencing negative side effects is much greater.

I would hit the treadmill for a while and drop some substantial body fat before attempting AAS use.

And if you haven't worked out in sometime, and don't have a set, quality routine going, you aren't going to experience the gains you would hope from AAS.

If your 5'11" 240 and havent worked out in 6 years- dont do steroids

If you were 5'11" 220 at 8% BF- you should know how to diet and exercise cause that is a pretty ripped dude. and should start doing so Immediatly.

If your doc told you your test levels are low what did he offer as a solution? TRT? natural test boosters? Did he tell you what your levels are(this wont help me but others could help you better with this info)?

I know nothing about the use of clen but gh is probably not what you are looking for...

I would start a training program, get a sustainable diet, read more of the stickies here to get a better idea of what your actually doing to your body and then in after some training have some fun...
