    Water retention!

    Hey guys been on Super Dmz and got some nasty water retention. was wondering what I can take to reduce this. Thanks

    otc? caffeine and vitamin c will help. its not going to give you a dry look but it helps.

    I try to. I work out side all day so I drink a gallon then and try to force more at home

    Super DMZ is usually not known to cause Water retention. Is your sodium high? How is your diet?

    I must agree with other posters. If you're getting these sides from DMZ sodium intake should be the first thing to look at.
