    Girlfriend just started cytomel...

    She is 28, 111 pounds, 5'2".

She has had a kid and carries a "pooch"belly. Other than that she is toned, and athletic. Her mother who is 50 has the same body type but does not work out/eat properly at all. My girlfriend is trying to fight genetics I guess you could say. Im not talking about a small pooch belly. Its close to 10 pounds on a tiny frame.

Will cytomel alone burn the problem area or will she have to eventually get a tuck? She currently does a body part a day, mixed with a full body circuit every other day. She also does 30 minutes cardio on non circuit days.

I am slowly bringing her to operating on a calorie deficit. She has started the cycle as described. 25mcg to 50 to 75 to 100. We have seen no visible changes up to this point. She is on day 3 of 100 mcg.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?
    Thanks!

It depends on what the "pooch belly" is.

It could be fat, or it could be skin. If it's skin all the dieting in the world won't make it go away.

If it's fat then the cytomel will definitely help. Along with diet.

I've also seen where it can actually be a posture issue, does it go away at all if she focuses on standing up straight, and out of her pelvis?

What is her exact diet like right now? Please list an entire day's worth of meals. Thanks.

100mcg's of T3 alone is catabolic.

    Definitely not a posture issue.

She is eating 1/2 cup of oats and 50 grams of syntha 6 in the am upon waking.

Water and banana for a mid am snack.

either tuna or boiled eggs plain for lunch.

cheese for afternoon snack.(if she needs anything)

dinner fluctuates but is always no fried foods,no bread, no sugar,...mostly a turkey burger with no bread, or tuna.

pre workout she takes a redline princess.

You really need to stop giving her advice and thyroid hormones, you don't have any idea as to what you're doing. Not trying to be a di*k but this is really messed up.

She's not eating enough number one and the food choices are very poor. Number two, she's burning up muscle by using your recommended dose of T3.

You need to get the diet in order as well as the cardio. This takes time and consistency, without the diet being spot on nothing in the entire world (besides DNP) is going to make a difference.
