Nolvadex Dosage
Whats up guys ill be finishing up my first cycle, h-drol, soon and im planning on taking CEM's nolvadex as my PCT. 20/20/10/10....i was wondering if i should split up the dosage troughout the day like i do with the hdrol or can i take it all at once? Any feedback would be appreciated.

My doc likes me to take 10mg every 12 hours.
Dosages greater than 20 mg per day should be given in divided doses (morning and evening) according to the package insert.

One dose a day should be plenty, I like how your dosage is so low as most people tend to go overboard with nolva. I would still feel more comfortable staying at 20mg the duration though. It is effective at very low dosages, at least for preventing gyno, not so sure about HPTA restoration though. I used nolva for my last pct at 20mg and within ten days or so I was horny as hell again, I was also using a-dex though. I might try the clomid + aromasin route next time just to see what all the hype is about :P

nope. clomid once a day, and nolva once a day. funny thing about nolva, if i use it to much it actually kills my libido. clomid on the other hand....50-100mgs a day of that....
