    Clen+Ket 6wk or clen+eca 2wk on/off

I was wondering what would be a better option
taking clen for 6weeks straight with the help of ketofin
    or
taking clen 2 weeks then eca 2 weeks

furthermore i was wondering which ever option you advise me to take what else should i take with it (something like yohimbe), at what dosage and where can i get it from (i live in the UK)

also im not rolling in tons of cash so could you also state the cheapest but safe and great option.

thanks, i know im asking a lot but even with all the research my minds too full and im a wee bit confused.

finally i've taken eca before, it didnt have too great an effect but i hardly felt the sides.

    thanks again.

You could do both if you want, and no albuterol is not a better option than clen.

I wouldn't recommend doing t3 w/o an AAS to prevent muscle loss.

    Seen your post on uk-muscle.

Keto by itself is great, but must be done properly.
At least 70% of your calories should come from fat, rest from Protein.
Dont eat any carbs, not even protein powder or reduced sugar ketchup
I've found that sweeteners can also kick you out of keto, so dont use them (this goes to sugar free/diet drinks and sugar free jelly as well)

After your carb up use either 500mg metformin or insulin (two 3 iu shots, 3 hours apart) to get into keto faster.

You can aid keto with Clen or Albuterol.
    I rate them both.
2 weeks on 2 weeks of is good. Although I prefer 2days on 2 days off (you can take ECA in 'off' days')

Forget about T3 while on keto.

I believe he's referring to Ketotifen fumarate, the research chemical known to upregulate beta 2 receptors which are being downregulated like mad by the clenbuterol.

My take on it is go for the ketotifen but dose it high, at least 2-3g for 2 weeks. I did 1g a day and it didn't do shit.

I honestly don't see low dosage of T3 as a really big deal. Most come off perfectly fine and even heavyiron has said 50mg for a straight 9 months probably woudln't hurt you.

Now just speaking off of what I've read on this board and others, ECA in place of Clen isn't that great of an idea because you're downregulating beta 2 receptors, but at a decreased rate when you use ECA in place of clen. So might as well stick to clen the whole time and use Keto in week 3 for 1-2 weeks @ 2-3g daily (use before bed).

I did a 4 week cycle of clen/t3 where i stopped early because I ran out of keto (only did 8 doses @ 1g daily) and I'm down 13 lbs without much muscle loss. Went from about 18% to about 15%. I can tell you tho that I suffered a big strength loss which came back after stopping the cycle so just be wary of cutting drugs (especially T3 which saps glycogen storage like nothign else I read) which can limit your energy/strength levels depending on the person.

    On an AAS cycle:

20->40->60->80mg in the first week depending on your tolerance
2nd week and beyond you can keep it anywhere from 80->200mg although I doubt more than 140 is ever necessary
3rd week start ketotifen at 2-3g daily for 2 weeks
stop after 6 weeks and if you did it right, you should of lost mainly fat if you ran any anabolics, even mild ones
T3 you can run anywhere from 50 to 120 but most are sufficient running at 50mg/daily

    off AAS cycle:

I doubt your clen protocol changes much because clen is anabolic in humans (some can't take the jitters though)
T3 I would never go above 50mg daily because it becomes quite catabolic if you don't have much fat to lose in the first place and the stuff is strong as shit
