I read it, but it was like learning another language. Just straight up. What should I consider starting with and at what dose, and so on....

You should start with a NO pump product, some whey, a good multi vitamin and some BCAA's. Check your diet and your training routines.

lol since i'm feeling nice today i'll help you out. it seems like you know the basics so i'll help you out. this was my first cycle & i managed to gain 30 pounds from it.
week 1-4 : Dianabol @ 35MG ED ( not a must for a first cycle, but it's optional. testosterone alone will produce massive gains )
week 1-12 : Test Enanthate 500Mg EW
week 1-18 : Aromasin @ 12.5 MG EOD & work your way up to 12.5 ED (this is needed to reduce/prevent water bloat & bitch tits)
PCT (also a must if you want to keep your mass & fully heal from the cycle)
week 15-18 : Clomid 100/100/50/50 (as in 100 for the first 2 weeks & 50 for the last 2)
throw in some natural test boosters, creatine/dextrose maybe even some gluatamine & some BCAA's in your pct & your set.
Also, don't forget about the diet, diet is a must if your looking to gain mass. eat alot but keep it clean. plenty of protein & carbs. take a multi-vitamin & fish pill. Oh yeah & for your liver take some milk thistle during cycle & pct.
BTW if your confused about the terms.
ED = everyday
EOD = every other day
EW = every week
