perfect. that's exactly what I wanted to hear! =D

    how does this cycle look?

    1-7 : Test E @ 400 MG EW * cut down to 190 8% Bodyfat *
8-15: Test E @ 550 MG EW * bulk up to 215 while staying fairly lean*
    8-11: D-Bol @ 35 MG ED
    1-15: Aromasin 12.5 MG ED

I planned on doing d-bol as a kickstart, but i figured the bloat would get pretty bad during a cut, so do you think it would be better to use it for the first 4 weeks of my bulk or should i just use it as a kickstart anyways?

Also, If I use test E, @ week 8 will the test E begin to stop working as good? because i've heard others say that on bulking cycles by week 8-10, gains start to taper down a bit. Is this true, or does it all come down to my diet?

    Makes no sense Bro.

Your going to go from caloric deficit to surplus in 15 weeks and end up right at square one, make sense?

Cut or bulk pick one and stick with it until you're where you want to be. It takes time both ways.

Also going from 15 to 8% bf for me takes a long time. To do it in 7 weeks would be phenomenal. Please share ur diet and routine.

Or just do Tren, in which you can add muscle and cut fat simultaneously.

Whenever I run Tren, I usually stay roughly the same weight, yet am noticeably bigger and stronger. My last cycle I added 10 pounds of muscle and dropped 10 pounds of fat.

    I love Tren

I agree, i love tren also. I just dont see how its possibkle to become a true freak(if thats yiour goal)without the use of tren. I once used tren ace at 100 mg/ml ed and blew up like necer before. I also had sides like bnever before and had to stop all that lol

Also, 25 pounds of lean muscle mass in the last half of your cycle? I don't know bro. If you're 210 15% bf now, why not bulk to 225-230, then try to cut it down to 215? Something like this.

Why not try getting down to a lower bf and then do a clean bulk. Grow into your cycle bro

Why get all bulked up and try to cut it down and lose gains in strength and size?

I'm going to play grammar nazi for a second, because from your thread title, it is clear that you don't know the difference.

    Than
Than is a conjunction used in comparisons:
    Tom is smarter than Bill.
This is more important than you might think.
    Is she taller than you?
Yes, she is taller than I.
Technically, you should use the subject pronoun after than (e.g., I), as opposed to the object pronoun (me). However, English speakers commonly use the object pronoun.

    Then
    Then has numerous meanings.
    1. At that point in time
    I wasn't ready then.
Will you be home at noon? I'll call you then.
    2. Next, afterward
I went to the store, and then to the bank
Do your homework and then go to bed
    3. In addition, also, on top of that
He told me he was leaving, and then that I owed him money
It cost $5,000, and then there's tax too
    4. In that case, therefore (often with "if")
If you want to go, then you'll have to finish your homework.
    I'm hungry!
    Then you should eat.
    The Bottom Line
Than is used only in comparisons, so if you're comparing something use than. If not, then you have to use then. What could be easier than that?

I now return you to the thread.

    Thanks.
