    Test Prop Works Too Good!!

Im suppose to be doing a lean muscle/cutting cycle right? So im running prop as my test base since its suppose to have less water retention...

Well this must be some good stuff I got because I just weighed in after about 8 days on and im up 10lbs!! Dang! Ive been taking a limited amount of l-dex .25 EOD thinking I wouldn't need much for water weight with the prop.

Is there any other effective ways I can cut some of the water weight? I already upped the l-dex a bit but is there anything else I can be doing other than cardio and l-dex?

Keep your diet clean and free from sodium and drink 1.5-2 gallons of H20 per day. Nothing is going to dry you out better than an AI though.

Yeah thy makes sense... Any recommendations on the l-dex dose to help cut the water without going over board? I'd love to run it like 1mg per day but I have a long cycle and don't want to keep on that much for that long. I may also switch to aromasin half way in...

Try 0.5 eod and if necessary bump to 0.5 ed. You shouldn't need much more than that for E2 reduction. If you switch to Aromasin run it 12.5mg ED and bump to 25mg ED if necessary.
