Trying to get my weight back

I am a 51 year old guy. I also have AIDS. 2 months ago I weighed 167 lbs. I became ill about a month ago and went into the hospital. It got pretty bad and I was in the ICU for a week and in a regular room for a week. So 2 weeks in the hospital. I now weigh 137 lbs and at 6' I look like a skeleton. I started back a the gym last Friday. My doctor has me on 400mg of test cypionate once a week and 30 mg of anavar daily. I am also taking 50 grams of protein, drinking 3 ensures a day and putting 2 tablespoons of olive oil in every shake for the calories. I figure my calorie intake at about 3000. I know I have to go slow but if anyone has any feedback or suggestions that they think might help me get back to where I was I would truly appreciate it. Thanx.

Drol is one of the harshest substances in our medicine cabinet. Besides liver toxicity, it will cause elevated blood pressure, lethargy, extreme irritability and bloat. In terms of risk v. reward, drol is only slightly above M1T and halo. If you need to do a bulking oral, stick with the tried and true dianabol.

    Condoms are for pussies.

To the OP, please listen to what Ian suggested. Follow your doctor's plan and gain weight gradually and consistently through your diet.

It's always good to be actively involved in your treatment. You should be able to have conversations with your doctor. Ask questions... Make decisions together.

Since your from California I recommend getting your cannabis card, it should be quite easy for someone in your situation. Cannabis will make you quite hungry and will help if its hard to eat. Good luck to you.
