    Pinning benefits?

Do you benefit in anyway if you change the location of your injections? I see some just continue to hit their glutes and others seem to inject in 3 different areas never injecting the same spot in the same week. Whats your preference?

If you don't rotate and continue to pin over months & years, all you get is a nice big welt of scar tissue.

i would have at least have 3 different muscles to pin. just try different ones and see which ones are least painful for you.

i personally like delt, glute and ventroglute best. i tried quad many times but i just have too many fuaking nerves there.

i have yet to try biceps and calves.. but i see so many veins there i'd rather stay out.
